Shoutout to Jason! Loved my time studying with him, I wouldn't have changed to getting a photography degree without him! Jon's work was always been so moving to me, this was a great conversation!
This is a wonderful and inspiring conversation. I have been reading the same books, making art along poetic themes about space. I hope to meet Jon sometime and look forward to seeing his exhibition at the James Watrous Gallery. I was sorry to miss the opening.
Thanks so much for reading, Holly! It's nice to hear from you and it has been a long time. We had a great time at the opening yesterday and you should certainly go see the show. It looks terrific. There will be a closing reception on July 13th, so put that on your calendar. I hope you're well!

Jon's work is incredibly inspiring, surprising, breathtaking. Such a unique ways of seeing/framing his subjects. And then the subjects themselves. Thank you for featuring him. xo
Andy, are you familiar with the loose leaf book of Jon’s “Wide Eyed” project? I love a book where the book is a part of the art and Wide Eyed is that indeed. Great concept, great execution.
Andy. I really appreciate your work here. Not sure how old you are, but do to remember the magazine “Shots” from the late eighties? It was actually more of a zine than a magazine… They had a similar, humble generosity that made course their love of the image.

Yes! The book with writing about those pictures? Jon gave me a copy after his lecture on Saturday. Lovely piece of work. Thanks, Glenn!
