Glad to see you getting better, Andy. Getting ill is never desirable but I’ve felt that it resets me somehow. The forced pause makes me reflect on what’s really important and what’s glorious fluff. I fall ill too often and would like to replace this forced reflection with a daily meditation practice though :)
