The immigrant story for artists, like Dina and myself, are quite universal. Our parents want the best for us but don't know quite how, so that becomes a pressurized zone we had to learn to live and breath in. I am glad we were both able to emerge from that. Such a wonderful interview and recap of Dina's work, both evocative and poignant.

I recommend you interview Jasper Fford. He's a writer and photographer in Wales. His books are great and his photography fascinating.
